This is a moderate mountain bike ride with great views, some technical descents and lots of industrial heritage: Old Gang smelting mill and the luna landscapes on the top of Fremington Edge. For some, there may be too much road in
this route, but that is made up with the descent down from Fremington and the “fly past†of Old Gang Smelting mill. Good to do on a clear day.
